Verna's favorite part of design is the Draperies. She enjoys the fabric search, designing and calculating. As she says, "from swatch to installation".

      Some of Verna's very first customers when Designs West Interiors opened in 1980, are still customers, and have requested she assist them on projects from the St. Juan Islands, to Wisconson and Arizona. Verna likes to say, "have tape measure, will travel".

     Verna's most enjoyable and rewarding project in the last few years, was planning and designing our new store, which can only be appreciated by coming in.

     Verna's interests include yoga, planting and identifying wildflowers, and quilting.
